Una breve aproximación a las características de los materiales orgánicos empleados como semiconductores en dispositivos electrónicos
Abstract
In this work, a brief description of the characteristics of the organic materials used as semiconductors in electronic devices is made. Organic electronics is an emerging and fascinating technology that will be applied to innovative and competitive devices in the near future. There are still several challenges to reach this end, for example, it is required to achieve higher electronic mobility values with stable materials under real atmospheric conditions (humidity, temperature, and resistance to oxidation). On the other hand, it is expected that with highly soluble materials the conventional printing technique will become an efficient way of processing to obtain flexible circuits.
