Abstract

The purpose of this study is to conduct a literature search on the environmental variables that occur in construction projects in order to identify and analyze them so that they can be assessed in the management and direction of projects. The bibliographic search was carried out in the SCOPUS database, where the period between 2020-2022 was analyzed. The research allows identifying the variables that impact environmental quality such as temperature, air, design, lighting, acoustics, humidity, energy consumption and dust. Since they are the ones that have the greatest impact on the satisfaction and comfort of the stakeholders.
